Patricia Myralee
I’m a Bible-based coach for women in ministry and cross-cultural life—from pastors’ wives and missionaries serving overseas to women navigating the transition off the field.
As a wife, mother, and veteran missionary, I have lived the realities underneath the calling: major moves, language learning, raising and homeschooling children overseas, the strain on marriage and family, and now the complications of an empty nest. I know the exhaustion of too many roles, the isolation of foreign life, the pressure to look as if you have it all together, and the quiet burnout of always putting others first.
My story began in a broken, complicated home. I came to Christ at 21. I have lived in three countries and raised two adult TCKs who now live in their fourth. God has slowly redeemed the messy parts and rebuilt my life with resilience, joy, and purpose. That is the peace I want to help you recover in Christ.
I am Unstacking Method Certified, and I work in a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-informed way. I offer a confidential, Spirit-led space where I listen well, honour God’s calling on your life, and help you make small, sustainable shifts in thinking, beliefs, and habits.
You do not have to hold it all alone. There is a way forward.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused partnership. It helps you live out God’s calling with greater clarity and peace.
You are the expert on your life. I listen, we pay attention to the Holy Spirit together, and you take small, intentional steps that match how God has called and equipped you. The work honours what you have carried, without an agenda to fix you.
